1 Acceptance of Terms of Service

These MDG288 Terms and Conditions take full effect as soon as you begin using the MDG288 platform, including simply browsing mdg288.win without registering. Your continued use of the MDG288 platform after any terms update is considered your acceptance of those changes.

2 Member Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use MDG288 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your country.
• Not be a person who has been prohibited or restricted from using online gambling services under any law or court order.
• Do not register using a false identity, another person's name, or misleading information. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

3 Account Usage & Player Responsibilities

Your MDG288 account is for your personal use only. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including activities carried out by any party you have or have not authorised to access it.

You must ensure your MDG288 account password is strong, unique and not shared with anyone — including family members or close friends. MDG288 recommends using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols for a more secure password. Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account is strongly encouraged.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the MDG288 support team immediately. MDG288 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your account login credentials.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

MDG288 accepts deposits via a variety of approved payment methods, including internet bank transfers (IBT) through major Malaysian banks, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay, and other payment methods displayed in the Deposit section of the platform.

• The bank account or e-wallet used for deposits must be registered in your own name. MDG288 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• All deposits are final and non-reversible once a transaction has been successfully processed.
• MDG288 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process.
• MDG288 reserves the right to decline or return any deposit suspected of being linked to illegal activities or fraud.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your MDG288 account are subject to the following conditions, which are in place to ensure the security of all players' transactions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the MDG288 account holder.
• MDG288 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified amount.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically between 15 minutes and 60 minutes during business hours. Withdrawals submitted outside business hours or on public holidays may take longer.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. The maximum daily limit is RM 50,000 for standard accounts.

7 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the MDG288 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each bet before confirming it. MDG288 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets, except in cases of a proven technical error originating from MDG288's own system.

• MDG288 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous or do not reflect the actual market.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours from its original time, the relevant bets will be refunded to the player.
• MDG288 reserves the right to set maximum betting limits for any player or any event at any time without prior notice.
• MDG288 game results are final. Any dispute relating to a game result must be submitted within 24 hours of the date the game was played.

8 Strictly Prohibited Activities

MDG288 strictly prohibits all forms of the following activities. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all account balances and legal action where necessary:

• Registering or using more than one MDG288 account by the same individual.
• Use of a false identity, forged documents, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Any form of fraud, game manipulation, use of automation software (bots), unauthorised third-party tools, or any other method that provides an unfair advantage.

• Money laundering or use of the MDG288 platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Sharing or selling your MDG288 account to another party.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

MDG288 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time for the following reasons, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Failure to verify identity or age within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account closure requested by the player for personal reasons or responsible gaming.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or court orders.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, MDG288 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including real money and bonus funds. For closures not involving a violation, real money balances (excluding bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

10 MDG288 Liability Limits

• MDG288 is not liable for any losses arising from internet service disruptions, user device issues or external factors beyond our control.
• MDG288 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses suffered by players as a result of using our platform.
• MDG288's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Notice of material changes will be provided to players via an in-platform notification link or through the registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in cases of emergency or legal requirements necessitating immediate action.

These MDG288 Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be submitted to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable or ineffective under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed excluded while all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
